Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage payments accurately.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and product rotations.
- Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
