Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing payments (cash, card, e-wallets).
- Maintain store presentation standards, including shelf stocking, product rotation, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Handle order processing and delivery coordination for in-store and online purchases.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas, including sales floors, storage, and staff rooms.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
