Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Supervise cashiering and checkout services to maintain accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Branch Manager as needed.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall branch performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
