Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash with integrity.
- Restock and merchandise products to ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers and provide product recommendations when needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
