Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
- Restock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure a visually appealing layout.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the management team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned store sections.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies on safety, hygiene, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
