Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in pharmacies or healthcare retail).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic numerical and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
