Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, and manage payment methods efficiently.
- Restock and organize merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers, contributing to store revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and service best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support store operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
