Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation, including merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Support online sales by fulfilling orders, packaging products, and coordinating with logistics partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, offering recommendations, and building rapport with shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including setting up displays and ensuring security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stocking shelves).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of retail operations.
- Passion for customer service and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new retail technologies and processes.
