Responsibility

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
  • Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with restocking to ensure product availability.
  • Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized to uphold health, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for retail will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
