Responsibility
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to drive sales and meet targets.
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with restocking to ensure product availability.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized to uphold health, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for retail will also be considered).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform store maintenance tasks.
