Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Maintain store presentation by ensuring products are neatly displayed, stocked, and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting stock checks.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support promotional activities, including setting up displays, distributing marketing materials, and driving sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
