Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Showcase and demonstrate Swatch products, highlighting their features and benefits to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of or interest in fashion, accessories, or luxury retail is an advantage.
