Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, assisting them with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising layouts.
- Manage cash register transactions, process payments accurately, and handle cash-up procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Stay informed about store promotions, product features, and pricing updates.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (multi-lingual is a plus).
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
