Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers to provide a welcoming shopping experience.

- Maintain optimal store cleanliness and organize visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and back-office stock management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operational goals are achieved daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
