Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Willingness to relocate or work in any of the specified Bali locations.
