Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in any of the specified Bali locations.
