Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to Domino’s standards for quality, speed, and service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supply chain logistics to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and staffing decisions to optimize team productivity and coverage.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns, local marketing initiatives, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in casual dining, fast food, or a similar hospitality concept, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
