Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during peak and off-peak hours.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, hosts, and kitchen liaisons to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales, including upselling and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan menus, events, and marketing activities to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
