Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and service standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to uphold high performance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and Jardin’s protocols.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation, presentation, and alignment with guest expectations.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling guest inquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
