Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and ingredients.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
