Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and explain specials with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up and resetting tables.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and preparing the restaurant for service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and seafood pairings, is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods.
