Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in our restaurant, bar, and beachfront dining areas.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, bar areas, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for meals and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
