Responsibility

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate waitstaff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain floor presence during peak hours, proactively addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
  • Assist management in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the dining room.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and implement improvements based on guest insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, health and safety regulations, and POS systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A professional, polished appearance and a passion for the hospitality industry.
