Responsibility
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate waitstaff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain floor presence during peak hours, proactively addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
- Assist management in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the dining room.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and implement improvements based on guest insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, health and safety regulations, and POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A professional, polished appearance and a passion for the hospitality industry.
