Responsibility
- Prepare and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, including processing transactions, issuing receipts, and managing the POS system.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness of work areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant areas, including tables, chairs, and dining equipment, to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate orders, minimize wait times, and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report shortages to management to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the restaurantâs brand standards and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
