Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments, including processing transactions, issuing receipts, and managing the POS system.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant areas, including tables, chairs, and dining equipment, to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate orders, minimize wait times, and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report shortages to management to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications
