Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols in both the dining area and kitchen workstations.
- Take accurate guest orders and relay them to the kitchen team efficiently.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume shifts and ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fast-food chain.
- Prior experience in a casual dining restaurant is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
