Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately, while providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and hygiene standards.
- Manage cashiering duties, including processing payments, handling cash, and operating POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with closing duties.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints with diplomacy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Japanese or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations.
- Attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
