Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and team productivity to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
