Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings align with customer preferences and trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with local health, safety, and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
