Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
