Responsibility
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and ambiance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales reports, labor costs, and expense management, to ensure budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to secure high-quality ingredients and services.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory control, and staff management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
