Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all restaurant front-of-house operations to ensure 5-star service delivery.
- Develop and mentor staff through regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Manage operational budgets, including labor costs, food and beverage costs, and inventory control.
- Drive revenue through strategic upselling, marketing local promotions, and maintaining high table turnover efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure menu quality and operational consistency.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all dining areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving issues promptly to ensure positive retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory management software, and P&L reporting.
- Deep commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional certification in Hospitality Management or related field is highly desirable.
