Responsibility

  • Oversee daily F&B outlet operations to ensure smooth workflows, high quality of food, and excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food wastage to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local food safety, health, and hygiene regulations (SFA standards).
  • Lead, train, mentor, and schedule outlet staff to ensure high performance and low turnover.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and operational costs to prepare regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in a fast-paced dining or quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and SFA hygiene standards (Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is highly advantageous).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to lead diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
