Responsibility
- Operate as a Cashier, handling customer transactions, processing payments, and ensuring accurate cash management.
- Assist in the Kitchen by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage Stock & Order responsibilities, including inventory tracking, restocking supplies, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Rotate across roles as needed to support team operations during peak hours and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in various restaurant roles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across different roles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
