Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Mama Noorâs standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, kitchen stations, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting low stock to supervisors.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold health and safety standards.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
