Responsibility
- Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and elegantly, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively addressing requests and resolving any issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, side stations, and service areas.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions with integrity.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Server in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, or high-volume hospitality setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, cocktails, and menu pairings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
