Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server/Waitstaff in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hotel.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with staff and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic wine/beverage pairing (preferred).
- Prior experience with POS systems and order management tools.
