Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and assist in placing orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, new brewing techniques, and customer preferences to enhance the menu offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
