Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments while adhering to company policies and security procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are processed correctly and promptly.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports for management as required.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with restaurant regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
