Responsibility
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries, order placement, and special requests.
- Input sales and purchase data into the system to maintain accurate records.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the dining experience.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area in compliance with hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
