Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
- Issue receipts and manage financial records with attention to detail.
- Assist with reservations and manage waitlists during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
