Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the restaurant service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food and beverage service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional events and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
