Responsibility
- Develop and execute resource planning strategies to optimize workforce allocation, budget utilization, and project timelines.
- Design and maintain advanced reporting dashboards and KPIs to track performance metrics, delivery efficiency, and business growth.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to align resource planning with organizational goals and market demands.
- Forecast resource requirements using predictive analytics and scenario modeling to support scaling and expansion.
- Drive automation and digital transformation in resource management through the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Present insightful analytics to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in resource allocation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in resource planning, business analytics, or operational excellence, preferably in the tech or GIS industry.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and predictive modeling.
- Experience with ERP or workforce management systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
