Responsibility
- Lead and execute AI and automation projects to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Analyze operational data to derive actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics for business operations.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms.
- Monitor industry trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation to recommend innovative strategies.
- Train and support teams in adopting new technologies and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on project progress, ROI, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of implementing AI or automation solutions in a business context.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, RPA tools).
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
