Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and business systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate ERP systems with existing platforms to streamline workflows and data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application development, ERP integrations, or enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
