In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing digital and physical resources that support educational and research institutions. Your expertise will ensure that libraries and archives have access to the best materials, enhancing their ability to serve their communities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $3,000 – $3,700 per month, offering a rewarding career path in a dynamic and growing industry.

Responsibility
- Manage the acquisition and renewal of e-subscriptions and digital resources for libraries and archives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess resource needs and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of subscriptions, licenses, and procurement activities.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to recommend new resources and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and budgetary constraints.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of acquired resources and procurement processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, resource management, or a similar role, preferably in a library or archives setting.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and digital resource management tools.
- Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in library and archives solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
