Responsibility
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maintain the resort's reputation as a premier destination.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort, attract new guests, and build strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with local vendors, suppliers, and community partners to enhance the resort's offerings and support sustainable tourism initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices in hospitality.
