Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of senior physicians, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Assist in emergency and critical care situations, ensuring timely and accurate medical interventions.
- Conduct physical examinations, interpret lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nurses, specialists, surgeons) to deliver holistic patient care.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and grand rounds to enhance clinical knowledge.
- Document patient histories, progress notes, and discharge summaries with precision and compliance.
- Stay updated on latest medical research, protocols, and best practices in Internal Medicine and related specialties.
- Engage in community health initiatives and patient education programs to promote preventive care.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license or eligibility for registration with the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI).
- Completion of internship/house officer training in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a commitment to patient safety.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus).
