Responsibility

  • Assist senior ENT consultants in diagnosing, evaluating, and treating patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.
  • Perform clinical procedures such as endoscopies, biopsies, and minor surgeries under supervision.
  • Participate in surgical operations, including pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
  • Conduct patient consultations, take detailed medical histories, and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of treatment.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly case discussions, grand rounds, and academic sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in research and clinical studies to advance knowledge in ENT medicine.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license or eligibility for registration with the Indonesian Medical Council (Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia).
  • Completion of internship/house job in a hospital setting (preferably with ENT exposure).
  • Strong clinical knowledge of ENT disorders and basic surgical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a commitment to patient safety.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
