Responsibility
- Provide medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of senior doctors.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Assist in emergency medical situations and perform basic life support procedures.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by senior medical staff.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards in all medical practices.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical principles, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations with composure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
