Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to adult and geriatric patients in post-operative recovery and rehabilitation.
- Conduct regular patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure adherence to medical protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices in post-operative and geriatric care.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in post-operative care or geriatric medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the medical field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
