Responsibility
- Lead and manage clinical operations within the Healthcare BPO, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Oversee a team of nurses and clinical staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, management, and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in a Healthcare BPO or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze clinical data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to relocate or work in the specified regions of Bali.
