Responsibility
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior physicians and specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education programs.
- Assist in emergency medical situations with professionalism and urgency.
- Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and clinic protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and staying updated with medical advancements.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
